[CQ-Contest] Battle of the Cheaters

Nice sugestions. I will never be working at
first world position, but is really bad to know
about cheating up there... You need to know
that this kind of things are happening around
other positions, including first place each
country or continent...
Not good for the "big pilots" flying for
number 1 in the World, but for the little
pistols, like me, have another solution -
competing against ourselves... I am not
looking anymore to the classification, but
to myself, trying to be better each time
and doing more QSOs than before...
Anyway, for the contesting art health,
something need to be done and Jim ideas
are good, specially turning off packet, but
this is almost impossible hi hi
