[CQ-Contest] NCCC Thursday Sprint, Dec. 14, NS rules, 3 bands CW

NCCC PRACTICE SPRINT continues this week, Dec. 13, local date in 
North America;  Dec. 14, UTC.

160m has had some good openings lately.  Try to move near 1815 about 0350Z.

--30 mins   0330-04Z  (all NCCC practice sessions will be the same 
LOCAL START time, year round, UFN)
-- Start 0330Z (1930 PST, 2030 MST, 2130 CST 2230 EST)

This Thursday, use  NS (NCCC Sprint) rules using four bands:
BANDS:    40, 80, 160m: --   7040, 3540, 1815  +/-5.
We will drop 20m during the dark months.  Probably add it back in March.
-- CW only, 100 watts, dupes allowed after 1 intervening Q  1 KHz QSY.

Slow speed NS from 0300 to 0315Z, 20 and 40m, and 80m

Next week, Dec. 21, more NS.  How about just two bands, 80 and
