[CQ-Contest] Public Logs

I don't see it as a mistake. DXpedition A works W9SG on CW but logs it as
W9SZ. W9SZ goes and looks at the complete logs, sees all the QSO info
there and sends for a card which is issued by the DXpedition QSL manager.
Now W9SG also sends a card and there's no way to verify who really got
worked. (I use my call as an example but I would never do this). OR W9SZ
sends a card and says the DXpedition really worked him. How is this to be
sorted out?

Now, without the full QSO info published somewhere, I'd have to actually
hear W9SG work them to be able to send a card with full QSO info. Possible
but highly improbable.
