[CQ-Contest] Shut down the clusters during a contest. SImple.

It would be like the days of old, when we had to find the DX the old
fashioned way; look for it. Today, we just wait until somebody spots it to
a cluster, then we go get it. Progress is great, don't get me wrong, but
sometimes it just isn't enough fun. How did contesters ever manage before
clusters?

Yes you did. But leaving contesting apart, a "no cluster week-end" would
be a great way of helping people rediscover DX !
