[CQ-Contest] Public Logs

You can't imagine how many times I've been put in logs as UO1HE, VO1SE,
V01HE, etc. I'll send a card to the station or manager and, if he puts 2 and
2 together, I get a card. If not, I have to wait until the next dxpedition.
Nothing to lose sleep over.
