[CQ-Contest] Dayton ConTest University - CTU 2008 - Registrationnow OPEN

Since an oft stated goal of the contest community is to bring in new 
contestors, would it be a reasonable suggestion that anyone who attended CTU 
in 2007 hold off registering for 2008 until a certain date to allow first 
timers to secure a spot?
