RAEM contest starts in just few hours. Scoring is based on distance
therefore even very few QSO may bring pretty good score. I hope there will
be some participation from North America. 80, 40 and 20 m are pretty good
into NA for at least 4 -5 hours from the beginning of the contest and the
contest lasts only 8 hours. Use of the DX cluster is prohibited Do not be
surprised to hear RAEM call sign in the contest. That is memorial station
and it gives you 300 poins per QSO. Every QSO with someone above the Arctic
Circle brings additional 100 points. Complete rules can be found here

operator in the Soviet Union,
