Just a quick note to the contesting community to remind you of the pending 
Radio Amateurs of Canada, Canada Winter Contest which begins on Dec 29, 2007 
at 00:00 UTC and goes for 24 hours until 23:59 UTC inclusive.

There are single and multi op classes as well as QRP, single band and single 
mode classes.  The complete rules for the contest are available at: 
http://www.rac.ca/service/infocont.htm .  Lots of certificates are available 
for each Canadian province/territory, USA call area and all DX countires as 
well.
