now published in the Jan/Feb 2008 NCJ, p. 42.  In the Top  10 box, the SO
winner, K7SS's, breakdown has # for band changes, and the  hourly totals, 
but does have a discrete number for "Qs Lost".  A key  at the bottom of the 
table says that the # indicates "Unable to be  determined".  K7SS's line 
score has the band totals and whatnot - why  can't the log checking determine 
the hourly totals or band changes?   Why is it just K7SS and none of the other
Top Ten?  The article  doesn't seem to explain this.
