NCCC PRACTICE PARTY  continues this week,
Feb. 8 & 9 local date in North America;   Feb. 9, 10  Zulu time.

We'll use the real NA SPRINT rules for the Thursday and Friday practices
30 minutes starting at 0330Z, and all bands!
-- Start 0330Z (1930 PST, 2030 MST, 2130 CST 2230 EST)

North American Sprint RULES:   (NO DUPES on the same band)-- CW only, your 
choice of power.
BANDS: 20-40-80       14040, 7040, 3540 +/- 5
