[CQ-Contest] RTTY Contest and CW Sprint

There was virtually no rtty activity above 7060 during the sprint. This spectrum was practically
unused. (still true on Sunday am)  Is there some reason the rtty was shifted to the lower part of
the band?  Seems there was needless conflict with the sprint (and other cw).

Wonderful... another RTTY contest is trashing 40 meters on the CW Sprint weekend.  Haven't we been
thru this before ? Hey Tree why not move the CW sprint to the 1st weekend in Feb ??? The sponsors of
all these RTTY contests sure aren't going  to move their dates...
