[CQ-Contest] Log-checking and RST [was: cut numbers]

As far as I know, most, if not all logging programs use 59 or 599, as the
default? If you really believe that any contact, regardless of the contest,
will be a "bust" because of the RST, I have some "great, though kindasorta
damp, land, in Florida, for sale"!
