I am sorry the BARC is making people lie.  It seemed like the best "solution"
given the paramters.

The request above makes no sense.  You have to see the logs that we get over
time and realize that parsing on character positions is a non-starter.  I
thought I had said that before - but maybe I deleted the message before I 
sent it.

This whole thing is getting rather tiring.

Nobody is lying if they put a dummy report in the log - it is just what we
need to make it work.  Geeezzz..

And many thanks to the 400 or so of you who actually figure out how to do 
this without complaining.
