[CQ-Contest] ARRL SS and CQWW SSB Soapboxes now available

Hello All

Thanks to the great work of Bruce, WA7BNM
the creation of the 3830 soapboxes have been
automated which will save me a lot of work.
In addition, some earlier major tests are
now available.

New additions (these are final versions):
CQWW SSB
ARRL SS CW
ARRL SS SSB
CAQP

They are too big to mail out but all can be downloaded from:
