LQP Rules Version 2 modified 1/16/07 @ 9PM (PST) have now been released.

Remember, SEVEN one-year subscriptions to the NCJ (National Contest 
Journal) are designated for Awards, and the new rules include  some unique 
"playing field levelizer" tweaks for "Little Pistol Contest Station" 
participants.
