[CQ-Contest] Looking for old -> new former East German callsigns

I'm looking for a list of old and new former East German callsigns:

    Y[2-9]#xx -> DL....

If someone has something, please reply directly, not via the 
reflector. I'll post a summary.  I tried searching google but came up empty.
