[CQ-Contest] NAQP Logging Problem When Using CT

N2NL has reported that contesters who used CT contest logging software for
the recent NAQP contests may experience a problem with incorrectly
designated QTHs in their resulting Cabrillo-formatted logs. Dave found that
CT incorrectly changed a copied QTH for a North American country (other
than W/VE) to "DX" in the Cabrillo log. This change would result in the
loss of the QSO since "DX" is only allowed as an acceptable QTH designation
for stations outside of North America.

If you used CT to produce your NAQP log, please check your Cabrillo log to
confirm that your log accurately represents what you copied during the
contest. I suggest using Notepad, or some other text editor, to directly
edit your Cabrillo log and resubmit, if necessary. Standard DXCC-style
country abbreviations are acceptable for NA countries outside of W/VE.
