[CQ-Contest] IOTA OC-026 - WH2D

I just arrived back on Guam this week.  Didn't think I would make the IOTA 
test, but things seem to be coming together faster than planned.  I'll be on 
from 1200-1400Z Saturday, 0200-0600Z Sunday, and 1000-1200Z Sunday.  LP AB CW, 
although the 80M vee is still packed away.  Lots of island groupings out here in 
the Pacific so give a listen our way from time to time.  Never know who might
