[CQ-Contest] Ic 706 Mark 11 and Writelog for NAQP CW

I am having a heck of a time getting my IC706 to work with
my laptop and WL. I finally got it to read the freq. but it
sends choppy cw. If anyone has had experience with this
combo or a similar problem please drop me a email to
ukbrown at acsol.net  Trying to leave tuesday for Ca. LMK sorry
for the use of the reflector but it is contest related. PTL
