[CQ-Contest] RST as a sync [was: cut #]

I'll make a bet that those that receive   579  OR 559 Log it as 5NN in their 
logging software,  I know it is possible with most software to enter the 
diff  RST  ,  It ain't gonna happen in the Logs of  MOST.  No Finger 
pointing.
