Thanks for stirring the pot with your provocative comments, Doug. I really
like online score tracking for two main reasons:

   1. It makes contesting a sort of spectator sport, especially for the
   part-timers. In the long run it will get more folks on the air for more
   hours.
   2. It would be great to see how my perennial competitors were doing.
   It would definitely spur me on to put in a few more hours in order to catch
   up or to protect a lead. This is especially true of buddies (or nemeses) who
   are not in contention to win and are going at it mainly to beat each other.
