That's not what is in the ARRL scores database at

It does look like the scores database is broken for IARU HF 2006. Yet another 
screwup in IARU contest score reporting..... but that is the subject of a 
another e-mail I may write. Or, you can look in the CQ-Contest archives yourself 
- this has been well-documented over the years.
