[CQ-Contest] Nicaragua Licensing

I will be traveling to Nicaragua in the near future and was curious if
anyone had information on licensing.  I checked the ARRL site and their link
and info appears to be out of date.  I am not fluent in Spanish I did find
this government site but nothing appeared to address visitors or individual
licenses.  Someone was active from there in one of the more recent contests
who sounded "American".

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
