I released ADIF County Conversion version 4.0 on 15 March 2007:

This Windows program is a re-write of the original graphical 
interface. I also fixed a bug with N1MM logs.  Please read the 
information on the web page.  There are some "coming attractions" at 
the bottom.

Since this is essentially a re-write (the conversion code stayed the 
same, however), please tell me if something doesn't work right.
