That's an extremely good point, Mark, which I hadn't really considered.
Your spot on that it would allow you to CQ and listen on the same
band with zero "self QRM". If you imposed the rule that you had to do
all listening from 1 circle and all the transmitting from the other, then it
would create an interesting conundrum. Say you were W3LPL. Would
you put all your stacked yagis at the receiving location, or at the 
transmitting
location? Or would you essentially build two complete N-tower W3LPL's -
one local for transmitting and one remote for receiving? What would the
control/data pipe between the two antenna farms look like?

Talk about unintended consequences.

The more constrained rule set which would fix this problem would be to
allow for one 500 meter circle with all antennas inside it and the
operator/rigs anywhere its convenient. This would still allow/encourage
remote operation, but it would preclude the N7JW model where you
TX at the local site where mains power is available and run the receivers
at a quiet remote site from solar.
