[CQ-Contest] Poisson D'Avril - remote rules?

I haven't seen a web site published for the UBN (or is it more proper to 
say LCR?...) reports for the past contest. I want to make sure I didn't 
bust any of those funny looking accent marks in the exchange. It's harder 
when you are CW only...
