Hopefully some of you have saved something from this past weekend to participate in the
Alabama QSO Party on Jun 2nd.

This event is sponsored by the Alabama Contest Group.

We have a brand new awards program with certificates and plaques.

It looks like we may have all 67 counties active during this year event--been a very long time
since this has occurred, if ever!  Have been working hard to get the word out in Alabama and
it looks like participation is going to be the highest in many years.  There are going to be 8 or
more club stations participating.  Looks like at least half a dozen mobiles or more.  An bunch
of fixed stations.

There will two special calls active in this years AQP.

1.  K4ACG/m will be activated by Tom (K4ZGB) and he will be operating from about 21
counties.  K4ACG is the club call for the Alabama Contest Group.  If you want to QSL
K4ACG/m, please send them to K4ZGB via his QRZ address for this event only!

2.  I will be active with K4A/m in about 20 plus counties.  QSLs to my QRZ address for
KC4HW.

Please give us a try.  We need your participation!
