[CQ-Contest] More CQWW SSB spot analysis

K1TTT has done a great job identifying probable violations of contest rules and 
commonly accepted ethics.

It should come as no surprise to anyone that the contest rules also are clear 
that participants are required to abide by the amateur frequency regulations set 
forth by their country.

Everyone makes an occasional mistake by transmitting on the wrong VFO. However, 
very few of us intentionally transmits out-of-band for long periods of time, 
even when the transgression is pointed out during the contest. Behavior of this 
sort is deserving of disqualification.

If you are transmitting above 14348 or 21448, there is no question that you are 
out of the band. In upper sideband, all of the energy is above the carrier 
frequency. If you have a standard 2.1, 2.4 or 2.7 kHz SSB signal and transmit 
near the upper band edge, you are out of the band.
