[CQ-Contest] Best hours to operate SS?

Well, here's my op-time strategy...

Start at 21Z. Sometime around 08Z, take 3.5 hours off. Take the rest of your 
off-time in 30 minute increments whenever you can't stand it anymore. Stay in 
the chair.
