Hey Steve, since you are one of the "gods" of SS, It will be entirely your fault that 
the contest will die from 0800 to 11:30z, God know's I will follow your advise. hihi

  Start at 21Z. Sometime around 08Z, take 3.5 hours off. Take the rest of your 
  off-time in 30 minute increments whenever you can't stand it anymore. Stay in 
  the chair.
