[CQ-Contest] Cabrillo to CT version 4.1 released 10 November 2007

The final release of Cabrillo to CT version 4.1 is available for
download at:

It includes the following changes from version 3.2 released in March 2007:

  * Added Cabrillo 3.0 (and 2.x)
  * Added All Asia, ARRL Sweepstakes
  * Added default Station Number to CT header
  * Set correct Power field in CT header from contest category
  * If mode not specified in CATEGORY, pick default mode from first QSO
  * Fixed bug closing output file if it was not opened
