What do folks now consider the best outboard digital voice keyer these days  
for recording CQ's etc?
 
Year's ago a DVK100 was often used, then a W2IHY voice keyer.
 
In Bill's case, he prefers not to use a DVP type card nor a W9XT contest  
card - thus the request for a standalone unit not integrated into the logging  
program, the radio or the PC.
