[CQ-Contest] JOTA plans?

K3BSA will be on the air from it's home location at Camp Delmont,
on the Musser Scout Reservation.  Delmont is near Green Lane, PA,
in Montgomery County.  The camp is actually in Marlborough Township.
We will be operating several modes.
