[CQ-Contest] Strange - re carrier on 14030

1.  From WA4PGM    I get a carrier on that freq that coming from my router but it's not S9,
     mine is hardly audible but there.

3.   I hear it here in Eastern TN - on vacation about halfway between Knoxville & the KY state line east of I-75.  
     Not real loud and not a pure DC carrier note.  It looks like about 029.5 on the IC-735.
