[CQ-Contest] Voltage problem

I've gotten several good suggestions as to how to resolve the problem of low line voltage with my Alpha 76 and 
Alpha 78 amps in Colombia but most require the purchase of expensive voltage regulators, buck-boost 
transformers, etc..  Putting another smaller transformer in series with the ac line seems to be the cheapest
solution but where can one find a transformer with a 220V primary 30V secondary and rated at 10 amps
or more?  I have no clue.

Any suggestions appreciated.
