[CQ-Contest] CQ WW 2006 Certificates

Dear Contesters,

The CQ WW 2006 certificates have been mailed, and if you won one, you should receive yours soon.  After they were mailed we located a small error with QRP and ASSISTED single band winners.  If you were in one of those categories, you will receive a second, corrected certificate after this weekend.
