Thanks' Zack.  I can simulate the 40-2CD using AO.  Bob says he has AO, YO, 
and TA.  So have I.  Frankly, I don't think that it's as important to Bob to 
optimize the antenna to a particular frequency or do any of the other stuff 
that AO and YO are capable as it is to take the free-space ".pf" file 
produced by the 40-2CD at, or near the optimum frequency, and then see what 
kind of vertical lobe shape he can get out of it if he simulates moving it 
around on his terrain profile in "TA".  Then he'll just assemble the antenna 
according to the instructions and mount it at some nearly optimum height per 
TA.
