[CQ-Contest] JA 80 meter SSB band plan ?

There aren't nearly as many JA's in the contests as there used to be, at 
least not here in the midwest. You can't count on the late afternoon 
15/20 runs or early morning 40/80 runs anymore, they just don't happen 
like they used to.
