By golly, I do believe that they're on to something there.  I never thought
about it before, but now that it's come to my attention it clearly is a lot
warmer here in Minnesota during DST.  When DST is turned off, it seems to
get a lot colder here, then several months later it gets noticeably warmer
when DST is turned back on.
