[CQ-Contest] Californa QSO Party - All Counties will be on the air

Just 12 days and 2 hours till the start of the California QSO Party.

We now have stations committed for all 58 counties in California to
be on the air.  

Be sure to work the Northern Counties early in the contest, as the
WX may play a role in their ability to stay on site.
