 Quack's Happy now
Gosh fellows I'm not sure what to do now, Shud I set my putter to this Local time stuff or UTC Looks like if I switch um around on Saturday nite just rite I can maybe get me a couple of hours extra time and since I'm gettin older maybe I can get someone at ARRL to allow us Older SSer's some extra time jest cause we are gettin slower. BOY maybe I gonna have a chance after all.

Quack

My original pondering was whether the ARRL was going to change the UTC rules
for the CW SS so it would start at the same time as it always has in the
past. I realize that daylight savings time has no effect on UTC, but it
does affect local time. Seems the consensus is that from now on the CWSS
will just start 1 hour later than in the past.
