[CQ-Contest] Web Poll RS(T) Final Results

I took the poll down tonite and posted the final results. I also posted a 
USA States map showing where the votes came from. There were slightly more 
than 100 guys/gals who voted. The results were basically 70-30. 70% want to 
keep the signal report as a part of the exchange in WPX and 30% want the 
signal report eliminated. It was a simple(non-scientific) poll but can be 
used as a reference for future discussions.
