   I would say yes. But, only the FQP folks can give you a definite answer.
If I were you I would send them an email asking them. If you do please
report back here with their answer. That way the rest of us will learn as
well.

ok the Florida QSO Party shows the following rules for categories:

Single Op says basically - no spotting nets (which I take it to mean telnet
as well)

Multioperator as a 'Multi-Single' says 1 transmitted signal and can use a
spotting net.

So I am guessing even though there is only one of me - if I use telnet I use
Multi-Single.

Is that correct?
