[CQ-Contest] the THIRD GENUINE advantage with Skimmer (still no joke)

	Stations who seldom sign their calls will be at a very
distinct disadvantage to those who do, since they'll be spotted
much less often.  To me this will be a very significant benefit of
Skimmer.  I may reprogram F6 to something besides "CL?"  ;-)
