[CQ-Contest] 99% of uniques are busted

You do not need to send in a log to not see your call shown as a unique.

If you have a unique in the log, it means that station worked you and absolutely nobody else who 
submitted a log.

Possible? Yes. Which is why a "unique" should never be grounds for a penalty.

Likely? As Doug's analysis shows, no.

I think, in the 25 years I've been doing this, I worked only one station in a contest just once. It's just 
too tempting to go and pick off at least all the easy pickin's before shutting down.
