[CQ-Contest] RUFZ graphical analisys

Hello contesters and cw enthusiasts,

There is a new tool in www.dxwatch.com, which let you upload your RUFZXP 
scoreboard in CSV format, and have it analyzed graphically.

The tool itself is in beta stage, but we can already extract some 
information from the graphs.
