[CQ-Contest] 160m Contest and ON4KST Chat

Dear friends, 

even there is nothing about soliciting (using ON4KST chat) in 160m contest rules we realized we made a failure using 
ON4KST chat; there is no other choice for us as stay out of the competion this year!
I hope more others who did soliciting using ON4KST chat or hunting QSO´s and multi´s on other bands  will do the same!
