[CQ-Contest] SO2R Resources Web Page Updated

I've cleaned up the SO2R Resources web page and made it quicker to load and more user
friendly. Photos have been presented as thumbnails, and large photos and links to more
information (where known) available by clicking.

There are currently 73 station operating desks represented. Additional photos are welcomed
- 800x600 sized images are preferred.
