[CQ-Contest] Working Dupes

Hey All,
 
What's everyone's feeling on a dupe in the log, I worked a KH station on 15m
and he asked me to qsy to 20
So I did, and called him and he said worked b4, well he wasn't in my log on
20 only on 40/15/10 I said no q here other bands
He insisted I was in the log, now only working 12 hours my log was pretty
small and I pride myself on being accurate.
 
What would it have hurt to log me again, would have been much quicker than
the b4 three times. still his loss, he isn't in my log on 20
