Steve is right in saying it's the responsibility of the sender to send in an
easily understood format. You're right in saying that 5nn AK is NOT an
easily understood format. At the current time. (But I am NOT saying that 5nn
AK SHOULD BECOME an easily understood format.) However, things do change.
There was a time when 5nn was considered heresy.

We have enough rules as it is. I think Darwinism is the key here, not more
legislation. (And some people accuse Canada of being a socialist regime,
even though our leader is more right-wing than yours is!)
